Light and airy with specialist dance floor, mirrored walls and barres.

Gallery/Concourse
Perfect for art exhibitions. Also a small performance space seating up to 50 people.
£15 per hour ( min 3 hours)

Theatre
Flexible space seating for up to 100 people with moveable raked seating or chairs. Proscenium Arch stage, but can also be prepared for “in the round” layout. Lighting and basic desk available. Full black curtaining and black out for windows.
£20 per hour (min 3 hours)

Bar Area
Intimate performance space with seating for up to 30 people. Slightly raised area.
£15 per hour ( min 3 hours)

Bar
The bar is fully licensed serving wine, a range of bottled beers and soft drinks.
£30 for one bar staff member for your event ( full evening)

Green Room
Perfect for small meetings and seminars as well as the usual green room function for shows.
£10 per hour. If hiring the theatre for a performance use of the green room is included.

Recording Studio/Music Room
Fully equipped studio for recording demos for bands and vocalists.
It’s also a great space for rehearsing for that gig or recording session
£20 per hour recording (min 3 hours inc technician)
£15 per hour for rehearsing (min 3 hours)

Front of House Manager
A Madcap member of staff will oversee your event
£30 for one member of staff ( full evening)
