Methods of Payment: We accept Credit Card's. This is subject to a 5% handling charge. Cheque's are accepted with a valid guarantee card. All bookings must be secured by a £50 deposit which is non-refundable Lettings Policy   Suggested Layout:. MeConcourse and Gallery — Ground Floor Doubling as a gallery for artwork exhibitions the Concourse can hold up to 50 people seated in rows at tables and chairs.rences/Small performancestanding capacity 100, including Bar) Note: Exact capacities will be dependent on size of performance space required   Bar — Ground Floor This space is a great intimate venue with casual seating for about thirty, there is a slightly raised stage area, and informal seating. Dance Studio — Ground Floor This purpose built dance studio is bright and airy, with mirrored walls, barres and a Harlequin dance floor. Uses: Rehearsal Space Dance classes Kitchen — Ground Floor Fully equipped kitchen with service hatch onto the Concourse, ideal for everything from cups of tea to Yaws Soul Food Night banquets. Music Studio — Basement Full rehearsing and recording facilities are available, we have a technician on call to help and assist. There is an original Victorian proscenium arch stage as well as open floor space at the far end. Using our rake seating an audience of 68 can be seated comfortably, and using rows of chairs as well (performance space permitting) we can seat up to 200 closely seated.
