Home	Events and Project Co-ordinators Members of staff give up a vast amount of their time volunteering with the day to day running of the projects.   Carolyn Vale Carolyn is working in The Madcap office helping out with the day to day administration as well as being an active member of the team that runs Madcap. Carolyn runs the Ahem! drama group for 11 - 14 years olds in Madcap and has recently finished studying as a mature student for her degree in Drama and the Performing Arts at Northampton University and has now graduatied with a 2:1 Drama BA (hons). She has recently undertaken a work placement in Cumbria with "Welfare State International" and enjoyed every moment.
